PRICE AND RULES
RATES
The rates are indicative and may vary depending on the booking method or the number of nights.
Double room 110 € (single use 98€)
Triple room 145 € (double use 130€, single use 112€)
Quadruple/family room 165 € (double or triple use 147€, double use 140€, single use 130€)
Prices are per room per night, including breakfast, private bathroom with shower or bath / shower, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, courtesy set with kettle and selection of tea, coffee, and herbal teas.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Prices do not include the tourist tax of €1 per person per night for up to 5 days of stay (excluding children under 17 years of age).
Furthermore, prices do not include the €2 stamp duty which will be applied to the final receipt.
HOUSE RULES
WE ARE PLEASED TO WELCOME YOU IN OUR B&B, BUT WE INVITE YOU TO VIEW OUR HOUSE RULES:
Check-in from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM (unless otherwise agreed with the management).
Check-out by 10.00 a.m.
On your arrival a valid identity card or passport is requested.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed with the managers).
We kindly ask to respect check-in, check-out, and breakfast times.
It is forbidden to bring food in the rooms.
Use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited
Smoking is forbidden inside the house. Smoking is allowed in the garden, if butts are thrown into the provided ashtrays.
It is forbidden to let friends, relatives or other people who are not hosted in the structure into the house (unless previously agreed with the managers).
Inside the house we kindly recommend keeping a behavior that may not harm the tranquility of other guests. In particular we ask to avoid loud noises after 10 pm.
Guests will be required a refund for any damage caused to the structure or furnishings.
The structure is not responsible for the loss of valuables that will be left unattended by the guests.
We love animals but we do not host them.
The managers will provide the key of the structure directly to the customer, who will be required to return it at the end of the stay
