A creative cooking experience near Lake Como
At Il Castellaccio Bed & Breakfast near Como, we love welcoming our guests with the simple warmth of a family-run accommodation and, whenever possible, suggesting authentic experiences to enjoy in the surrounding area.
That is why we are happy to introduce our collaboration with Pastamatta Creative Food, a project created by Valentina from her passion for traditional Italian cooking, reinterpreted with creativity, colour and a joyful, convivial spirit.
The experience does not take place at Il Castellaccio B&B, but it is a selected activity that we are pleased to recommend to guests who wish to enrich their stay between Albavilla, Como and the Lake Como area with something original and genuine.
Handmade fresh pasta: coloured tagliatelle and ravioli
Pastamatta offers a cooking class dedicated to handmade fresh pasta. During the experience, participants prepare coloured tagliatelle using vegetables, flowers and spices, before moving on to ravioli and tortelli with different fillings.
At the end of the workshop, everyone cooks and eats together in an informal and welcoming atmosphere. It is an ideal activity for those who love Italian cuisine, want to learn something new and wish to enjoy a different kind of experience during their stay on Lake Como.
The experience lasts approximately 3 hours and includes a welcome snack, tagliatelle and ravioli, wine, water, juice, dessert and coffee.
